Regular Income - Funds are designed to provide investors with competitive fixed target net returns, paid at specified distribution frequencies.

Capital Stability - This is core to our investment objectives. To deliver the target net returns, we implement solid risk management mechanisms and selection criteria to rigorously evaluate the underlying assets and project feasibility.

No Fees Payable by Investors – Any fees and expenses associated with the management of administration of fund are not reduced from the target rate of return. The management fee applicable to the fund is payable by the borrower.
