The Australian Government awarded NXT TEC. with an Accelerating Commercialisation grant in 2017, marking the first award of its kind for a building technologies solution. The Company also received the first Environmental Product Declaration for a hotel globally, utilising its innovative technologies.

NXT TEC. has developed a suite of unique, proprietary, and patent protected building technologies which assemble to form the NXT® Building System.

The sequence reduces material waste, energy consumption and build costs, while delivering high quality, durable and energy efficient homes that can meet any design specification.

The NXT TEC. suite of patented technologies (NXT® Technologies) assemble together to form a powerful and flexible superstructure building system (NXT® Building System) that integrates with an advanced software platform (NXT® iQ), offering a complete, scalable value chain solution.

Mobile Manufacturing Facility

NXT TEC. has developed a mobile near-site precast and steel manufacturing facility on a 10,000m2 site near a major subdivision in Anketell, Western Australia, to boost housing supply. This facility, which can be relocated and replicated, incorporates advanced automation and manufacturing techniques to enhance the precision and efficiency of producing precast components. By combining just-in-time near-site manufacturing with onsite assembly, it enables the rapid delivery of homes, addressing the pressing need for affordable housing. The controlled environment of the facility ensures reduced material wastage compared to traditional onsite construction methods. At full capacity, it can manufacture three houses per day, revolutionising the construction process.

NXT TEC. is offering a limited number of investors the opportunity to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company.

Liquidity Event and U.S Focused Growth Strategy

Komodo Capital is engaged to support NXT TEC. with an OTC listing process in the near-term, with plans to upgrade to NASDAQ or NYSE in the future. Komodo Capital representatives have recent experience in the OTC listing process and strong relationships in the U.S. market. The Company will undertake a capital raising in the U.S. for the OTC listing process.

M2i Global Inc, which has a senior executive in common with Komodo Capital, has also recently signed an agency agreement to introduce the NXT® Technologies to its extensive network of potential licensees in the United States to accelerate growth opportunities.

NXT TEC. views the United States as a significant growth market with an established institutional investor base, with a strong understanding of the market that NXT TEC. operates, and attractive peer group trading multiples to underpin valuation.
